You can't hack the games like that with CE, you need to hack the games with Flasm.
Cheat Engine provides only temporary hacks.

That may happen if you download the file from an untrusted source.
You should have your AV software updated.

I have seen people using CE 5.4 to hack games like Mechquest, Dragonfable, Adventurequest etc on youtube, but when I tried it myself with CE 5.6 it does not work... the value does get changed, but when I try to buy something it logs me out and when I log back in the value is reset to normal.

How come it doesn't work help me!

Not is the answer as this is not possible, you need different tools like flasm to make a prehack as CE just makes temporary hacks which can not be saved. There are several Tutorials on this forum explaining how to make a real prehack.

This guide wasn't very helpful. Looks very amateurish. But nonetheless, more helpful than no guide. But some of the info isn't accurate. For example, the number of results was about 400,000 not 4,000,000. Thanks for the thought though.

It changes, archn, if you have for example Windows Vista or 7, killer1478 had XP, it always changes. Browser, operating system, these all are things that change the answers with CE.
