I think there should be a message from the webpage saying "read the rules" and that gives all the links to the rules when someone joins.I am soooooo pi**ed off at all the n00bz breaking the rules.It's really annoying!

On my old site, before you could view a thread, if you had just signed up, it would automatically take you to the rules page, and you had to sit there for 300 seconds, before the ok button would come up XD.

And it worked.

but the n00bz might even find a way to bypass it. even though most of them (no offense) dont have brains.

You know, we could make a request sheet so that it would post that sheet to the requests section, and then there would be no more "plzplzplzplz hack btd4" messages which would give no links or anything.
So that the sheet would have a time limit, and some sort of system like in the APH comments, so that if the message contains the word btd4 or something like that, it wouldn't be posted.
