How to hack using Flasm

m trying the the command prompt i followed all the steps but when u have to type flasm it says flasm is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file what do i do?

make sure that the program is called flasm.exe
If it is, try typing in flasm.exe instead of just flasm


Also, make sure that flasm is in the "flasm" folder on the desktop

flasm is on the desktop with flasm saved in it but i tried to type flasm.exe but it said the same thing if i just typed flasm but what program r u talking about when u say make sure the program is named flasm.exe
