When i refer to communism, i refer to Karl Marx's ideals, which would actually work, if executed purely.

Note, im not a communist.
I prefer a more balanced political view, like Socialism, seeing as its a combination of liberalism and communism.
I think Monarchy would work best, if the monarch is capable.
Mainly, monarchy could work with a capable person because of the extremely low bureacracy, so when the person decides something, it happens.
Democracy has the worst bureacracy of all.
Because EVERYONE has a say, and seeing as alot of the people are ignorant, they usually get conviced as soon as someone promises them something they like.
So most of the times, liars go to power.
