Why is Youtube taking so long on my dispute file? I should have succeeded a long time ago.
There was a case in 2007 called Lenz v UMG, and the result was that UMG failed to take in good faith that Lenz was using it fairly.
Basically that means that unless I used the file illegally Youtube shouldn't be allowed to block my video on the basis that I used the music with good faith.1 Thessalonians 4:16-17: The Lord comes swiftly.
