The SIH-1 Radar Detector is a fictional piece of equipment used by the Sakura Society of Angel Hunters in the book Angel Hunters. In the novel, the device entered use on December 8th, 2010.
The device uses a bismuth-cobalt mini-radar along with a GPS tracking satellite to build the immediate surroundings of the hunter on the screen.
The Radar Detector covers a range of approximately 1000 yards in diameter from the hunter and the hunter can zoom in and out on the screen to cover as much area as he pleases.
When the RD detects an angel, it will represent its immediate area with a bright green dot, allowing the hunter to get to the angel's position.

The 200-FR Invisibility Sapper is a fictional piece of equipment used by the Sakura Society of Angel Hunters in the book Angel Hunters. As with the SIH-1 Radar Detector, it entered use on December 8th, 2010.
The 200-FR is a plasma-based device that fires a continuous beam of energy wherever it is pointed. According to its manual, the sapper can "Eliminate any and all invisibility devices, including natural powers." That includes angels.
Once an angel hunter has located and tracked down his target, he would pull the stick on top to the left, releasing the energy beam. If it connected with the angel, it would disable her invisibility for a short time, letting the angel hunter see her and possibly, take a picture.
