    Meditating is not for resting.
    Its to find inner peace.
It has nothing to do with Jiu-Jitsu.

I used to do Karate. It sucked.. Well, i guess i'm not allowed to say what it sucked. But anyway, i hated it. It ate all my free time and i didn't even like it. Not that i'm trying to de-motivate you from doing martial arts, just sharing my experience with them.

You don't need to make all that karate stuff, just punch em in the nose really hard and then kick em in the balls.

Too right. Though I would recommend you warn them first, and kick em a millisecond later.

    Re: Jiu-Jitsu

But what if the guy you try to kick is a karateka?
Just kicking someone is not the best way to solve that

On topic: I'm thinking to go on karate, so tell me if you like it.
    I've been here before.
