It has a microphone, fun games, and a good party console.
Cons: It can fry an egg it overheats so much.
Lots of bugs, problems, and RROD.
Only 2 controllers at a time.

PS3 Pros:
Doesn't overheat so much.
No RROD.
Not as near as many glitches as Xbox 360.
Fun games.

Cons:
About 125$ more expensive than a 360.

In conclusion, I suggest PS3.
