    I guess its not that hard to slap 5 pictures together on a blank white image

    C'mon I worked so hard on it.
    It took me 3 days.
    As it said in my last one, my signature does not represent my art capabilities!

    I could give you the PSD file.

    The three pictures I used was the two dragons and that calque on the top.
    I added an outer glow to the calque and the two dragons.
    The pattern was extremely hard! Unfortunetly, I did not save the pattern PSD, so thank god I had the JPEG.
    To make the gold outline.
    I added a gradient overlay, outer shadow, inner shadow, bevel emboss and texture of those bubbles!

    I then added a new layer, ctrl I, and clicked Image, Apply Image.
    Then I added a bevel emboss and a contour and I was done!

    Oh, and I added a gradient overlay and an outer glow to the text. Also, a satin!

    so you basically added effects, a background, text and a border. Sweet.
    I like the background
