What was the most painful experience you had in the past?

In my jiu-jitsu training, we must lay down and let people walk on our stomach...
There's a guy that weighs about 80kg and guess what...
He stepped into my balls D:
But i'm lucky, they still alive.

I converted the weight and I got 176 pounds.

That seriously must of hurt.

The worst is when people must roll up on you, the weigth of that guy rolling on me just looked like my knee was breaking...
