AJAX Comment Pagination

Comments system is back and its even better than before. Its an Ajax comments system, which means it doesnt refresh the page when you view the next page. Sorry it took so long, I had problems getting hold of the bloke who made it. I hope you like it.

PS: Since the Ajax Comment system is installed the Global Shoutbox will be deleted and the rank "Globle Shoutbox Moderator" will be deleted too
