My thoughts on new users/noobs

I think they just make an account to request (not all but most) games that can't be hacked and breaking rules, the most rules i've seen they broking was:
Requesting ninjakiwi, miniclip... etc. games
Not posting a link
Double posts
Smiley only posts
1 word posts

And they annoy me for one reason:

It is true that we do get foreign people requesting here, but it's not often. Most of the requesters completely understand English, and sometimes they even rage when a mod locks their topic.
