I just found out that Takeshi Shudo died...

He made the first four season of Pokemon...

Unfortunately on October 28th Takeshi Shudo suffered a hemorrhage in his head whilst at Kansai Main Line’s Nara Station at around 6.00am. Takeshi Shudo later passed away on October 29th while recovering.

Takeshi was the chief writer of the pokemon series for the Kanto, Orange Islands and Johto Seasons. Along with writing the first 3 Pokemon Movies and the Mewtwo Returns Tv Special.

So now, Pokemon will never go back to the way it used to be...
