    For Mathues's idea you could also get a Purifyer and turn zombies into humans to get allies

    Not a bad idea, but the Purifier would have to be pretty expensive. You know how hard it is to get allies in zombie games.

    Oh, and the Purifier would be one-time use, too.

    @Shadow, have you put any more thought into your idea since you posted it? Because it sounds pretty promising to me. Sounds kind off similar to http://www.mojang.com/notch/j4k/l4kd/. But maybe it could have more like "Stick Rpg" style graphics and game play.

    Something like that.
    I would include a Fallout style of stats and all, reformed to a zombie apocalypse though.
    It would have buldings that you can explore for supplys, weapons, data for more powerful weapon locations or something like that.
    When you clear buildings, by killing every infected in the building, you can use that building as a base, to store your items, booby trap, and create a "safe zone" where you know you can rest, eat, drink, plan, and even rally allies(Im still undecided about the game being singleplayer or multiplayer), without being attacked very often.
    I would connect it to a server that can update it regularly to add more portions of the world, therefore it would stay fresh for longer.
    New buildings, new items, new features.

    I wonder if there is some game company thats available to listen to this idea.

    i would also add a double story feature like you could a zombie of a survivor and also you could have an ally that is a blacksmith so when you get metals you can trade it in for weapons and such

    If this is potentailly gonna be multiplayer, how are you gonna stop people from only playing on infected and play on survivors?

    If its single player we have an ultimatum:
    Play a boring infected game against bots.
    Burn all the games budget designing a super-AI.
