I've had this happen to me, but it wasn't creepy music.
It should be just lag from an ad or something hat loaded up.
Or, you pc could be haunted

Hey, you probably got a joke program. They are like viruses that do nothing to your computer, but annoy the hell out of you. They can range from randomly opening the disc tray to playing creepy music to opening random programs. I do not know how to get rid of a joke program though. They usually are not picked up by anti-virus, because they do not damage the system in anyway. I would go through your history see if you have been to any suspicious website, or pop-ups, delete your cookies and temporary internet files, and if that doesn't work, run a full system scan. Also, you can type different sound formats, such as .wav and .mp3 into your computer search box and see if you can find a suspiciously named files. Your welcome!
