When the sound goes off, open up Task Manager and see if there is something open.

-OR-

Open up Task Manager and go to processes (when the sound isn't playing). Write down all the current processes down and save them somewhere. Later, when the sound starts, open Task Manager again and look in the processes. There might be an extra one
