ImageShack is the best Image Host I know of. It doesn't ruin your images.
The new method they put up is set to shrink your image by default, but you can change that easily.Um... I used to be a moderator here...

When I uploaded my picture, it wouldn't let me copy the direct link without being a member.
Since I'm to lazy to make an account there, I just found the direct link through the forum posting image

use http://www.tinypic.com then better but you have to type the letter or number thingy before uploading (CAPCHA)

And I am now using my Dropbox to upload pictures, it is very good. It does not mess image's up.
