Democracy only leads to a bad website
Also if you've been in a administration board on a phpbb website
You should know that you can change who's leader of a group (even in adminstrators)
And can delete ANYONE
So democracy is a never!

You can take away powers you know mate, you have to Have Founder Status to change Group Leaders if you set your prerequisites for changing Group Leaders and other privileges right.

No it is an option in the Admin Control Panel, I know Xnite has it, and Dave and Joel might. It is just an option it has nothing to do with making the site.

Hi Guys,

I was just thinking, wouldn't it me more democratic and fair if the following staff were elected by the wider forum's votes, not just Admins:

-Forum Helper
-Moderator
-Global Moderator (Maybe this could be elected by current Mods and Forum Helpers)

I think this would make for a good, wide staff body.

Obviously the current staff shouldn't be chucked out, because they do amazing work for the forum.

I was just thinking that it could be a bit more democratic, that's all.

Democracy doesn't seem too smart.
For example: Go online in any server where you can vote on stuff... (difficulty, votemaps, votekicks)
