Oh, and trust me, its active. You may not be in the american time zone, but it gets to even 15 people at a time.
For people, just expirement, even if one person does a bad job on the chat, i personally think it wont have an effect on the site or the forum, and it can all be undone by another mod.
You should try and trust your users.

the shout box isnt all that bad i go on all the time and there usaully isnt any problem its just that sometimes people come on and are not so nice but i see that people will just ignore that person and the problem is solved. i really like this chat and personaly i think we should keep it.
