First, you will need a jailbroken ipod touch.
Download safari download manager or another download manager from Cydia.
Then download Ifile from Cydia.
Next download the game you want to hack using your download manager.
Select save and then "open in ifile".
Then hack the game by changing highscores, adding gold, infinite health, etc.
Then submit and your done!
