APH chat.

Well, this is my first post, it's really annoying to see that in the APH chat, there are many spammers and/or flamers.
What i request is that, there needs to be an active modertor/admin there, there are just many people who i see breaking the rules. so, will it should be nice that a mod can be there every day or two.
