Is it ok if I write and post a tutorial on making cheats for GBA (Game Boy Advance) roms? I don't think roms are 'quite legal' but making their cheats shouldn't be that bad!
I couldn't find the info in the rules and no forum helper/mods are available so I'm posting this in a thread if the mods don't mind......

roms aren't illegal as long as you've purchased the game from a store sometime before.

and technically , i read this somewhere,cant remember where, if the game is not sold in stores anymore and generating no more profit for the company, it is still legal to download if u never bought it

Well actually it is not really legal unless the creator has made it available for free, no matter how old the game is. It is just so that no one cares if you download a game that does not earn them money anymore.
