I'm sure that classical music or jazz in combination with the sounds of nature: rain, thunder, birdsong and others help well with stress.
However, the most important thing that scientists emphasize is that you should not force yourself to listen to special "relaxation music" if you do not like it. Actually, it's not just about the beats, so it's better to listen to the music you like and find your own style that lifts your mood and helps with stress.
