I assume, that you want to know how to post your hack here in the forum, am i right?
Ok, it´s easy going.
First: Put the name of the hacked game into the subject-box.
Second: Name the Category of your game
Third: Make a description for the game
Fourth: Scroll down and there you see two tabs, click on the attach-tab and then on the browse-button, choose your hacked swf and then on add and wait. Now you have your swf uploaded. The same you have to do with the picture file from the game. Have you all uploaded, then click on the submit-button and you´re finished and have posted your hack, congrats.

What do you mean exactly? Do you want to make a pre-hack? If so, then you need programs like flasm, notepad++ and so on. To learn how to hacking, then look at the tutorials in our forum.

Wait. You're saying you downloaded a swf file and you want to know what to do with it? Is it already hacked or are you trying to hack it? If it's already hacked you just double click on it to open.

If the .SWF file is not assigned to anything, it will ask you what you want to open it with.

Just choose your normal web browser: Firefox/Explorer/Opera etc.

It will load in another window for you to play.
