Flasm works both on Windows 7 and Vista.. I think it depends if you run 36 or 64 bit :\

it doesnt work on vista. i have vista and tried it but it doesnt work.

if that happens then cant youre set the game time? like when it is submitted it has a thing in there to reset the game to its beginning when its gone bad. like time travel? (no wonder the games have gone missing)

ArcadePreHacks is a site for prehacks. We can all cheat with CE but a prehack is something quite different.
Prehacks are made with flasm.
