It actually depends on, ultimately, who is on. I have not seen any correlation.

Now that I see you are referring to the forum group, I get what you mean. The Arts section is also surprisingly active...

Well of course they speak in the Community Forum. Not many people (well, alot of people, but not all) know how to hack or anything, so why not post in the Community Forum? I always post in the Community Forum, because I don't how to hack. And even if I did, I wouldn't be a good one.

Good point
But if a registered user has no posts at the Hacking, Trainer or Cheat Forum, then it's easy to think that the person has registered just to speak at the Community forum or at the Spam area.
Though it's not my problem
