Acid Rain is overhyped. Not a lot of areas in the world get it, and the ones that do are most likely taking steps to get rid of it.

Technically, there is still a ceiling...I saw it sometimes on the Weather Channel, it is a term to describe the altitude of the lowest clouds in the atmosphere at a given moment

Um...acid rain isn't really a danger to humans directly. Its just rain that is more acidic and is dangerous to crops.... which means it can be bad for people, but not like: "OMG! THERE IS ACID FALLING FROM THE SKY! IT BURNNS! IT IS DISSOVING MY SKIN!
