SWF Quicker

I dont know if this is the forum for it, i didnt want to put it in spam but there is this program called SWF Quicker and supposedly it can edit swf's swf is the game format for when we download games and it supports as3, if it can edit then you will be able to edit the variables in the game without a problem, so has anyone used this program? I'll try it out after it downloads in a few minutes. Outline of it below. Just tested it seems to work fine, i'll see if i can hack a game with it if i can then ill make a walkthrough for it because if does hack games, then it will be one of the most easiest programs to use for hacking games.
