ok im tired of this arcade pre hacks website trying to store info on my pc. that stupid thing wont go away and i simply click deny even thought arcade pre hacks wont go away? what do i do?

It isn't much, just allow. Maybe 1 MB max, once you allow it will probably go away, it did for me.
