Well yeah but... they could always take a boat over here and dock on some random beach with a disguise. If they are a really sneaky spy, then they can infiltrate the place and get some samples. It will be some years before they do make the suits who knows what would have happened before then. The Al-Qaeda might not be in existence anymore....
