Dude your torrents have no seeds,confirmations that they work and 2 of them are not torrents at all which is pretty much the unsafest thing you can do to mess up your computer

The portable is small because it's obviously the portable version

Seeds are people who had enough respect and left their torrent client to seed the torrent.

For installation,see some instructions inside. If there aren't any just launch the setup.

Hehe that's the thing in the torrents you have to search through at least 5 websites before you get a good one.
Make sure is well-seeded and has at least 3 comments or recommendations that say it works. It really important!

You got it wrong,there is no certain amount of seeds or something,seeds are just showing the number of people seeded and technically said thank you or something

The best thing is to seed after you're finished. I mean, you downloaded the torrent but show a little support and respect for those who are still downloading.
