Go to the Main Menu and just type them. There's no box to enter the cheat's into so when you're in the Main Menu just type the cheat's.

Oh, after the introduction videos just click on the screen and type it in. You won't see it, but it' probably working anyway. After you type you're code in, in the top-left corner will appear: CHEAT ACTIVATED. Then just play. I hope that helped!
