This is a puzzle-adventure games, you will have to solve the puzzle in order to move on. Good Luck.
(Hint: Sometime you need to switch between mario and yoshi in order to complete the game)

use ARRPW to move,
press SPACE to ride on/get off from yoshi,
press TAP to change partner,
press K to kick (only yoshi)
press L to rush (only yoshi)
press J for a super jump (only when ride on yoshi)

And Mario accidentally took all the Mini mushrooms when Yoshi was supposed to be a good dinosaur/Yoshi/whatever he is and stay outside and not take anything xD
