Death by overwork, that is the meaning of Karoshi in Japanese. This game is asking exactly opposite of the traditional games, instead of trying to survive, you are going to commit suicide. Each of the 50 levels provides unbelievably puzzling new challenges. There are objects that will help you in performing your task of dying and you would be surprise more often than not.
