I just figured out level 28. Same thing as level 27, just that you need to squash the enemy right beside the wall. Note:you have to destroy the enemy right above the enemy for level 27 as well.

Level 28 remains a mystery...

Level 27 is easy. First, get the circle powerup. Squash the top enemy and the floor will break. There you go.
