P.S You may need to remove Houses (unnessecary to have them anyway bc of no population cap) in order to build the trade center barraks all other cool crap. No thanks needed.
you can get nova barracks when you:
Upgrade to other ages until ur at 3,
Then you build all other buildings IGNORING the red text (but barracks ahead) then click yellow circle thingy to trade materials for nova! :)

i was able to build a barracks after upgradin to the other ages
i mean age 4,the build limit at age 3 goes back to normal and then you cant everything you want to build and thumbs up if you think the nova should be hacked too
