After skipping the intro the screen got white

It wouldn't load, I watched the intro and pressed e to continue, the game screen went white, I waited a while and nothing happened, I could still hear music and see the game cursor though .-.

Um i found a wall hack glitch to s rainbow room with giraffes and stuff. Any1 else find it on level V?
