Wow nice game thanks everyone. It feels like a smaller version of star control 2 remake "Ur-Quan masters". If you like these also check "weird worlds return to infinite space", transcendence, and maybe alien legacy for a deeper version.

Hey if you die and didn't save then you start from the begining with a randomized map, there is a guide at their site sapientgames, just a heads up. I forgot to mention "solar winds" also great similar game.
