set rov low because if it is at like say you put it at 200 it will shot at 200 seconds between each shot i set it at -100 and i had it on the laser one and it was a constant fire rate

Thats right, if you want a really fast fire rate set ROF at 1. But be carefull with the Range for freeze and fire tower, they may lag your game if its too large.
