Best Psychological set Use Epiphany, Dark Infusion, Dark Echoes,Implosion, then Terrify. After Terrify use Corruption and Dark Infusion again, run Retrograde and Betrayal for great friendly/self heal. Beat the final difficulty with only 600 Instinct
