They say it only counts if: The person who posted the video makes more than $2500 off of it. EVEN if they have permission from the maker AND they also have a license. And if this bill passes any one who: is caught watching a streamed video, if some kids do some careoke video they will face up to 5 years in jail. What. The. Fuge. And the main problem is that most people ARE NOT making ANY profit off of the videos. its free entertainment. Its because of those fat cat co. who are trying to control more of the peoples freedom...

I believe it was last year that they tried to push a law that would limit the freedoms of people on the internet. It didn't have a chance when voting was over. I doubt this one will make it either.

yea, It will crash and burn soon. The main problem I see though is that it (if its passed) will be unfair to people who post the video's and make no profit off of em. Even just simple kids who post some random crareoke video on the internet will get into felony-type trouble.

the main problem is the side effect. I understand that its intended for copyrighted stuff, but it will be so devistate the gaming community.
